Alisia McClain, PhD
Founder, Executive Director, Board Member, TECH-Nique
Alisia McClain is the founder of Vividus Labs and TECH-Nique, where she advances program evaluation, data strategy, and generative AI solutions that center community and equity. Formerly Executive Director of Microsoft’s Future of Work Initiative, she led efforts that reached over 10,000 residents and created Louisville’s first AI city blueprint. She holds a PhD from the University of Louisville and continues to leverage technology for social good and inclusive impact.

Seryn Bentley
TECH-Nique Leader
Seryn Bentley is a Louisville native, poet, and community strategist whose work with TECH-Nique spans from its early days in 2018 to the present. As a part of the organization, Seryn has contributed to website design through the LinkUp program, social media management, and facilitation for youth-focused workshops and events, including the All That TECH Conference. As a tech instructor, Seryn has taught coding, artificial intelligence, and robotics at local community centers, Play Cousins Collective, Sowing Seeds with Faith, and New Day Ministries. Currently, Seryn is a fellow for TECH-nique’s AI Fellowship, The Fold.

Shamia Allen
TECH-Nique Leader
Shamia Allen leads technology education and community innovation at TECH-Nique, where she advances youth centered programming, impact reporting, and hands-on training in coding, circuits, AI, and data analytics. She began as a TECC Boss intern and grew into a project leader and program manager who has guided emerging tech leaders across Louisville. Shamia develops curriculum, creates websites for community partners, and strengthens key community relationships. As an active member of The FOLD, she continues to support learning experiences that expand access to technology and meaningful opportunities.

Hasani Williams
TECH-Nique Leader
Hasani Williams is a member of The Fold at TECH-Nique and a Computer Science scholar at the University of Louisville, where he studies programming, data analysis, and information systems. His work with TECH-Nique includes app design and development projects that address community needs through creative and practical technology solutions. Hasani brings experience in UX and UI design, data analysis, and project management, and he enjoys blending artistry with technical problem solving to create tools with meaningful impact. Through programs like TECH Boss, he has led workshops that introduce youth to design thinking and emerging technologies. Outside of TECH-Nique, he is active in the National Society of Black Engineers and explores creative interests such as customizing shoes, painting, and character design.

La'Daysha Wade
TECH-Nique Leader
La’Daysha Wade is TECH-Nique’s Cybersecurity Specialist and a dedicated leader in youth technology education. She began her journey with TECH-Nique in 2020 as an intern and grew into roles as a coding instructor, workshop facilitator, and program manager. La’Daysha now oversees the organization’s cybersecurity systems and strengthens digital safety practices across programs and partnerships. She is developing a community focused cybersecurity curriculum and pathway that introduces Black youth and underrepresented communities to the importance of digital protection and the possibilities within the field. As an active member of The Fold, she continues to show how cybersecurity can safeguard communities and support meaningful growth.

Ra Spencer
TECH-Nique Leader
Ra Spencer is a creative leader at TECH-Nique, Inc. with a long history of service and innovation. He began as a TECC Boss intern and went on to become a program manager, where he helped guide scholars as they developed community centered tech projects. Ra filmed and directed the doccurriculum for TECC Boss and has captured countless photos that document TECH-Nique’s growth and community impact. He is an active member of The FOLD and has facilitated engaging tech workshops through Linkup. Ra continues to use his talent in storytelling and technology to support learning experiences that uplift underrepresented communities.

Carmen Moreno-Rivera, EDD
Board President, Chief Administrative Officer, Louisville MSD
Carmen Moreno-Rivera is a strategic, action-oriented leader with expertise in guiding teams, streamlining operations, and embedding diversity, equity, and inclusion across organizations. Skilled in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, she brings proven strengths in strategic planning, cost control, and staff development, supported by multiple certifications in DEI, project management, business analytics, and Six Sigma.

Mary Ellen Wiederwohl
Board Vice President, Executive Director, Accelerator for America
Mary Wiederwohl is an experienced executive in business development, civic leadership, and public affairs, she has led high-profile organizations by leveraging strengths in communication, empathy, and strategic persuasion. A connector and integrative thinker, she motivates teams, unites diverse interests, and transforms complex issues into clear, actionable stories.

Diana Quesada
Market VP, Paducah Bank (Retired)
Diana Quesada is Senior Vice President and Market Executive at Paducah Bank, where she leads client and community banking initiatives. She combines deep expertise in commercial lending with a passion for civic leadership, serving on boards such as Greater Louisville Inc., Paws with Purpose, and the National MS Society. A University of Louisville alumna, Diana is recognized for her commitment to both business growth and community impact

Ashley Parrott
VP of Fund Development, Muhammad Ali Center
Ashley M. Parrott became Vice President of Fund Development at the Muhammad Ali Center in December 2024, overseeing fundraising, communications, and marketing. With over 16 years of experience in philanthropy, policy, and community engagement, she has held leadership roles at the James Graham Brown Foundation, Louisville Metro Government, and state agencies, and has been recognized with multiple nonprofit and civic leadership awards.

Mikal Forbush
Executive Director, Center for Neighborhoods
Mikal Forbush is experienced engagement coordinator and trainer with a demonstrated history of working with community and with youth around social change. Strong community and social services professional skilled in Nonprofit Organizations, Program Evaluation, Diversity Training, Volunteer Management, and Public Speaking.

Aysia Gilbert
Department Coordinator, University of Louisville, and former TECH-Nique participant
Aysia Gilbert serves as a Board Member of TECH-Nique and Ambassador for The Fold, bringing her expertise in communications, digital marketing, and community engagement. She is passionate about empowering youth through technology and creative expression, while also driving strategic growth for the organization.
